Description

None of the inhabitants of Okoto know where the roaming bands of Skull Pirates come from. Theories state that they have a deranged creator hiding deep within the island. If this is true, then the reavers would be amassable warriors, cheaply built and easy to make giant hordes of. If ever you see a Skull Reaver on its own, be wary- the rest of the horde is surely on its way.
